What this website collects
The site itself collects nothing. These are static pages: no cookies, no analytics, no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds, and no profiling of visitors. The fonts are served from our own domain.
Hosting
Pages are delivered by Amazon Web Services (Amazon CloudFront and Amazon S3). To deliver a page, AWS processes the technical data your browser sends with every request: your IP address, the page requested, your browser and operating system, and the time of the request. We have not enabled access logging, so we do not keep this data ourselves. AWS acts as our processor under the AWS Data Processing Addendum; for visitors in the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in delivering the site securely (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
When you email us
If you write to contact@luvisall.com, we keep your message, your email address and our reply for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up. If we end up working together, the correspondence becomes part of the project record and is kept for as long as accounting and legal obligations require. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)). We do not use your details for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, stop using it, or send you a copy. Write to contact@luvisall.com and we will answer within a month.
- In the EU or EEA, you can also complain to your national data protection authority. The European Data Protection Board lists them at edpb.europa.eu.
- In Hong Kong, we handle personal data under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486); the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data is at pcpd.org.hk.
